A secure web-based resource center for Stratus customers and business partners that provides secure access to our global case manager and other support tools.   Secure web-based access to the global Support Resource Center for ENTICE telecommunications customers and business partners.

Stratus customers may sign in using their Site ID and ASN/RSN password.

To access the ActiveService Manager (ASM), you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a customer of Stratus Technologies.
  • Have a valid software support contract.
  • Provide a valid Site-ID and ASN/RSN Connection Password.

If you are a Stratus customer, and you cannot access the ASM, please call your local Stratus Customer Assistance Center.
