If you elect not to accept the Stratus Technologies End User License Agreement ("EULA"), do not install, use or retain the Products for more than ten (10) days from the date you received them. By installing, using or retaining the Products for more than ten (10) days from the date you received them, you agree to be bound by the terms of the EULA.

If you wish to return unused product within ten days of receipt as outlined in the above paragraph, please contact the local Stratus sales representative or Stratus distributor from whom you purchased the product. Please refer to our list of sales offices for office phone numbers.

The above instructions apply to the return of unused product within 10 days of receipt. If you are a customer who wishes to return or replace parts that are under warranty, please refer to the warranty parts replacement process and return instructions.
