Fred Prifty, Vice President and General Counsel

Fred Prifty joined Stratus in 1984 and served as its general counsel and corporate secretary until his departure in 1995. Prifty again joined Stratus in November 1998 to serve as the general counsel. From 1996 until rejoining Stratus, Prifty maintained a private practice focusing on high technology clients and provided legal services on a pro bono basis to indigent and elderly clients in the greater Boston and Cambridge area. Prifty worked previously at Prime Computer, Inc., Digital Equipment Corporation and at the General Electric Company.
